Sign-in and earlier public previews

Creating a design on the website requires signing in with Google; new accounts get 5 free credits, and more credits come from one-time packs. No-login guest previews are no longer created, and designs made while signed in are private by default.

Earlier guest previews were published in the public Recent section only after the uploader actively agreed. Those that have not been removed still show the original photo without an added product watermark and a 1K result with full-frame diagonal lines plus repeated “AI Interior Lab Preview” text. Public responses never include a device identifier, account details, prompt, or clean master.

Private projects and claiming

Designs created while signed in are private by default. We use account identifiers to save the source image, versions, marks, instructions, credit history, and download access that belong to you.

If you sign in on the same device that made an earlier guest preview, the service may attach that preview to your account. This lets you continue refining it and, after a valid pack purchase, download the clean version. The public watermarked copy remains in Recent until you remove it.

Clean masters and downloads

Each earlier guest generation has a public watermarked preview and a separate clean master. The clean master is kept private and is not returned by the Recent feed or guest result response.

A valid one-time Credit pack unlocks clean repeat downloads for designs owned by your account, including an eligible guest preview claimed from the same device. Download events may be logged to enforce ownership, respond to support requests, and prevent automated bandwidth abuse.

Data we process

• Room photos, generated images, design settings, marks, refinement instructions, and version history.
• Account identifiers, email address, Credit balance, transactions, project ownership, and download entitlement.
• Device identifiers, IP-derived security signals, request timing, and reports used to limit abuse.
• Checkout and payment status from Stripe. AI Interior Lab does not store full payment-card numbers.
• Basic analytics such as page views, Studio starts, completed previews, pricing visits, and checkout outcomes.

Service providers

We use contracted service providers for AI image generation, storage, hosting, abuse prevention, authentication, analytics, payment processing, and support. They process data only for the services they provide and according to their own contractual and legal obligations.

Stripe processes checkout and payment information. AI generation providers receive the inputs needed to create the requested result.

Removal, retention, and deletion

The device that created an earlier guest preview can use “Remove from Recent” to hide it from the public feed. Other visitors can report a design for review but cannot remove it directly. Removal from Recent does not by itself delete every stored copy needed for account recovery, security, dispute handling, or legal obligations.

You can request account and project deletion by emailing [email protected]. We aim to process verified deletion requests within 30 days, except where limited records must be retained for payment, fraud prevention, security, disputes, or legal compliance.

Search engines, browser caches, or third parties may temporarily retain a copy after a public preview is removed. We stop serving the removed item from Recent once the removal request is accepted.
